As an intuitive mentor and handcrafter, I help women desiring more self-awareness and connection to Source practice mindfulness in a fun, simple way and to deepen their sense of self and compassion. I run Spirit Swagger, an online body-care shop, and the lead instructor of the Wild Woman Project courses. My goal is to spread light and help other women connect to their deep Wild Wisdom which brings balance, connection, manifestation, and peace.
